DEPOSIT POLICY
The Buyer agrees to pay the deposit listed above to reserve the selected puppy. Once the deposit is received, the puppy will be considered reserved and unavailable to other buyers.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if the Buyer changes their mind, fails to complete the purchase, or fails to pick up the puppy within the time allowed under this agreement.
PICKUP DEADLINE
The Buyer must pick up the puppy within ONE (1) WEEK of the puppy's stated Ready Date, unless the Breeder/Seller agrees in writing to different arrangements.
If the Buyer does not pick up the puppy within that one-week period and no other written arrangement has been made, the Buyer will forfeit all monies paid, the monies will not be refunded, and the Breeder/Seller may make the puppy available to another buyer.
REMAINING BALANCE
The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the time the puppy is picked up, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
AGREEMENT
By signing below, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the deposit and pickup terms stated above.
